Thanh PHAN

Thanh PHAN is an Associate at Fragomen's Toronto office with 18.5 years of experience. He assists multinational corporate clients in various sectors, including information technology, management consulting, engineering, and food and agriculture. Thanh has expertise in Canadian immigration law, including applications under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) and other free trade agreements. He is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Canadian Public and Constitutional Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. Thanh has also taught Engineering Law and International Law at the University of Victoria and has worked for the Government of Vietnam for over ten years as a legal officer and delegate negotiating free trade agreements between Vietnam and the EU and the Eurasian Customs Union.
