Jan Gay

Jan Gay is a highly experienced professional ecologist with 30 years of experience in the field. He has worked on various projects across the South East, specializing in environmental permitting, wetlands, mitigation, soil, and endangered species. Jan has a strong background in reviewing areas to determine suitability for septic systems in North Carolina. He recently passed the Certification Review and is a Certified Natural Resources Professional. Jan has conducted jurisdictional wetland/stream delineations in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. He has also conducted ecological evaluations, including vegetation mapping and threatened/endangered species habitat evaluations. Jan has also conducted surveys for federally protected plants and volunteered with the NC Wildlife Resources Commission.
